This is the case study I did for my final project at VFS. Working together with students from Entertainment Business Management, 3D, Film, Acting, Sound Design, and other digital designers, we where able to put together 5 different stories from H.P. Lovecraft, to create the new interactive application for multitouch platforms based on his stories.

This is the case study for “The Dunwich Horror” the application where I worked on,  doing the coding, design and small animations that put the experience together.

This is my final project for 3D class, I used the brand of beer I created for my branding class and created a small add using MoGraph, Cinema 4d and After Effects.

This is my final project for my motion class, in term 4 at VFS. We were given different pitches for different movies and I chose to do it about “That Burning Feelling”.
This romatnic comedy talks about a guy that get’s diagnosed with STD, and decides to change his life. Based on this information I decided to take THIS approach, where it tells you the story in a very different, and I guess “funny” way.

So, after hours and hours of coding I got this to actually work. It does a couple of things you might find interesting:

If you click on the ground, wheat will grow.

If you click & drag on the sky, you will be able to draw stuff! Maybe even give the tree some leafs.

Finally, depending on the weather in Vancouver you will see the colors in the sky change.

The colder it is, there will be more blue, but as the weather get’s hotter, it will turn red.

All of this, while the colored circles create a pattern to the beat of Freelance Whales “Starring”.

IMPORTANT! Close any other internet window you have open, because if that windows uses flash, the circles won’t move to the beat of the song!!
